Polli, 1872
Fausto Polli founded Polli back in 1872. The company quickly became a leader in the preserved vegetable sector, both nationally and internationally, growing to be in 55 countries worldwide.
Polli, today
Nowadays, the Polli group has four state-of-the-art facilities which process more than 130 different raw ingredients each year, producing 25,000 tonnes of vegetables and more than 110 million products. Thanks to a wide, inclusive range of products, Polli can cater to every type of consumer.
Quality, assured
At Polli, we oversee every part of the production processs to ensure we produce high quality, fresh products that stay true to Polli’s traditional values. We carry out thousands of inspections each year with experts monitoring every stage of the production cycle.
Our Certifications
Further proving our commitment to quality, we are proud to have been awarded three significant certifications: UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification of our quality management system, the international BRC Global Food Standard and IFS and the International Food Standard, certifying that stringent hygiene and safety checks have been passed.
