Since 1872, every jar of Polli has been renowned for its Made In Italy quality. And that will never change.
For authentic, mouth watering flavours, we use up to 41 different types of vegetables, 85% of which are grown outdoors. Our ingredients are carefully sourced from their native regions and we work closely with a select number of suppliers who harvest and process ingredients at their peak, to ensure maximum taste.
Using cutting-edge technology, we process 27 thousand tonnes of vegetables and generate over 205 million products a year, to serve our ever-growing number of Italian and international consumers. Plus, our dedication to pushing boundaries through continual product innovation, ensures we can maintain our core values – taste, quality, well-being, and conviviality. It’s in the Polli DNA, after all!

We’re proud of the care and attention we put into our work. By meticulously overseeing every phase of the manufacturing process with several daily inspections, we maintain high levels of quality and innovation.
This also led us to be awarded the coveted ISCC (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification). (insert link to certification here.)
Now, we are working towards promoting sustainable energy derived from vegetable biomass, alongside the energy we already create from solar panels.
